About Me...
My name is Kay Augustus ACIPPdip, and I am a Payroll Professional.
Often people find themselves falling into Payroll, or it being a by-product of their HR or accounts job, but for me, it was an occupation I choose!
I started working within Payroll 20+ years ago (it was my first job), and I enjoyed it! I have worked within industry and bureau's and specialise in streamlining process'.
Over the years, I have been given some amazing opportunities to implement new systems for companies and created processes from start to finish. Sourcing programs and software for time and attendance, as well as HR documenting.
I have a vibrant personality and a wonderful sense of humour with excellent communication skills. I am a dynamic and motivated professional with a true passion for Payroll. I have an honest approach which enables me to motivate and manage people with ease. Within Payroll, it's crucial to produce accurate and timely pay. I am entirely self-motivated, working well on my own initiative or as part of a team.
I relish responsibility, thrive on pressure and set and achieve high work standards. I have a Degree with the CIPP in Payroll Management.
I am married with 2 children, so in my spare time I like to go on adventures with the family and our two dogs Lady & Lulu. I also enjoy baking, swimming, and I am also a volunteer leader with Ammanford Girlguides.
