National Insurance Updates and Payslip message change

The NI rise we saw in April has been abolished from 6 November, payslips need to be adjusted to remove the note regarding the National Insurance uplift.

An Autumn statement is due on 17 November which may bring information about the NI rates and thresholds for 2023/24.
